i had this grinder for about a year used with 3m discks to clean gasket surfaces. i probably used it 2 or 3 times a week for 10 minutes at a time.i also greased and oiled on a regular basis.now it's locked up and ready for the garbage.for the $60 to buy a new one it's hardly worth fixing.i remember when an ir tool was top of the line and used to last for years.this one is no better than a cheap throw away from a discount store.too bad, it worked good while it lasted but i'll be looking for something else.

I work in an Auto shop and use this grinder very often to clean up wheels on vehicles to bead seal them better and this grinder works excelent. Has plenty of power to get the job done and is nice and compact making it easy to use. I love this thing very nice and clean design. I would recommend Ingersoll Rand to anyone looking for a great quality tool.

Has a good feel, good size, feels good in the hand. Seems well constructed and engineered. The on lever is a bit sticky which is annoying. I'm considering whether I want to tape up or remove the little safty arm which is what makes it sticky. Shouldn't have to deal with this. Otherwise like it.
